YouTubers Jaiden Animations, Alpharad Bought a Los Angeles House – DIRT

Although they are likely both individual millionaires in their own right, popular YouTubers Jaiden Dittfach and Jacob Rabon recently confirmed to fans that they’ve pooled their resources and moved in together, likely saving a bundle on overhead costs and jointly affording a very impressive property. The house in question, an all-new contemporary mansion in the hills above Sherman Oaks, cost them nearly $5 million.

She may not be a household name, but Arizona native Dittfach — better known to fans as Jaiden Animations — is a skilled, self-taught animator who has parlayed her talents into becoming one of today’s most successful YouTubers, amassing nearly 12 million subscribers and 2.2 billion lifetime views on her main channel. The 25-year-old streamer, who also released one of YouTube’s 10-most-watched videos of 2022 — “Being Not Straight,” in which she publicly identified as asexual and aromantic — recently signed with talent juggernaut Creative Artists Agency (CAA) .

As for Rabon, 27, he’s best known to fans as popular gamer and streamer Alpharad, and has racked up nearly three million subscribers and 1.5 billion lifetime views on his YouTube channel. Recently divorced from ex-wife Fiorella “Fio” Zoll, the Oklahoma native is perhaps best known for his Pokémon-centric gaming videos.

The Dittfach-Rabon digs were newly completed this year and feature six bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread across 5,300 square feet of tri-level living space. Built by a prolific local San Fernando Valley developer, the home features an elevator servicing all floors, a movie theater, lounge area, and a blacked-out gourmet kitchen flaunting state-of-the-art appliances.

An open-concept floorpan defines the main level, which is set high above street level and encompasses a fireplace-equipped family gathering area, dining area and the aforementioned kitchen, plus direct access to the backyard via sliding glass doors. The lounge, movie theater and a guest room sprawl across the home’s lower level.

On the penthouse level lies the master suite, which offers a fireplace and private balcony in addition to the expected a spa-style bathroom and closet. All five of the additional bedrooms feature ensuite full bathrooms, and there is ample space for an office or gaming/streaming studio on the premises.

While the 7,000-square-foot lot is steeply sloped and not especially huge, the backyard is nicely hardscaped and kitted out with a pool and spa, plus a built-in BBQ grill and concrete patio warmed by an outdoor fireplace. This is also a full-fledged smart home, complete with cameras and remotely automated sound, lighting, security and HVAC systems. For the eco-conscious, a two-car garage is equipped with electric-car chargers.

In addition to the big Sherman Oaks residence, records reveal Dittfach still owns a more modest house in LA’s Eagle Rock neighborhood. Rabon, for his part, previously leased a contemporary house elsewhere in Sherman Oaks owned by a member of The Chainsmokers musical duo.
