Xebec builds two warehouses in Sylmar | San Fernando Valley Business Journal

Xebec Realty will build more than 600,000 square feet of industrial buildings on 28 acres in Sylmar, which the company acquired for $ 92 million last year.
According to Real Deal, industrial real estate firm Dallas has submitted plans to build two warehouses – 440,000 square feet and 164,000 square feet – on the property with parking for 410 vehicles.
The new industrial buildings replace an existing 220,000 square meter warehouse at the address.
Xebec bought the property at 15825 Roxford St. from L3 Harris Technologies “only for the land value,” according to the January report of sister publication Los Angeles Business Journal.
It remains unclear how the new structures will be used.
