Louis Bell Bought a Stylish Los Angeles House – DIRT

Grammy-nominated songwriter/ producer Louis Bell has helped create some of the top hits in the music business since he first broke into the worldwide charts with Justin Bieber’s “Let Me Love You” back in 2016 — think Camila Cabello’s “Havana,” Halsey’s “ Without Me,” Jonas Brothers’ “Sucker” and Selena Gomez’s “It Ain’t Me,” just to name a few.

The Post Malone collaborator also signed a global publishing deal with Universal Music Publishing Group in early 2021, selling his entire music catalog to the company in the process. And in 2019, the self-trained musician was even named Variety’s Producer of the Year.

Bell’s nonstop success enabled the Massachusetts native, 40, to buy a notably colorful Beverly Hills mansion last year. And records reveal he’s bolstering his Los Angeles real estate portfolio, having doled out $2.6 million for a home in the suburban San Fernando Valley community of Woodland Hills.

Originally built in the mid-1950s, and extensively renovated and expanded by previous owners through the years, the two-story wood-paneled structure rests securely behind gates on a o.4-acre parcel fronted by an attached carport and circular driveway. Inside, five bedrooms and four baths are filtered throughout a little more than 3,100 square feet of open-concept living space boasting high ceilings, light hardwood floors, and an abundance of natural light courtesy of numerous skylights and sliding glass doors.

Main-level highlights include a combined living and dining area that flows into a curving gourmet kitchen outfitted with a spacious eat-in island, granite countertops, high-end Viking appliances and an adjacent built-in workstation. There’s also a step-down family room equipped with a large bay window.

Other features include an upstairs master retreat with French doors spilling out to a balcony providing mountain views and a walk-in closet, plus a spa-inspired bath equipped with dual vanities, a glass-encased shower and an inviting soaking tub.

Outdoors, the professionally landscaped grounds are laced with mature olive, lemon, fig and clementine trees, and host a bluestone patio and vine-covered pergola nestled alongside a pool and raised spa. Topping it all off: a whole swath of solar panels.
