Lil Bibby Bought a Los Angeles House – DIRT

Though it wasn’t officially on the market at the time, an ultra-modern Los Angeles mansion has sold to Brandon Dickinson, the 28-year-old Chicago rapper-turned-record producer known professionally as Lil Bibby. The “Free Crack” singer and co-owner with his brother G-Money of the Grade A Productions record label — responsible for launching the careers of artists like Juice Wrld and The Kid Laroi — now holds the deed to a ritzy residence in the San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Encino.

Records confirm the property went to Lil Bibby for just over $7.9 million. Newly built in 2018 — and featured prominently in the Netflix series “Dead to Me” — the eight-bedroom, 11-bath home contains 10,400 square feet of living space rife with high ceilings, wide-plank hardwood floors and walls of glass providing seamless indoor/outdoor environments. Glitzy amenities range from an elevator holding court in a three-story sky-lit foyer, to a movie theater, gym, and fireside living room anchored by a wet bar, lounge and game area.

Other highlights include a voluminous great room with living/dining areas that connect to a sleekly designed gourmet kitchen outfitted with two islands — one for cooking and the other for dining — a custom walk-in pantry, and high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. There’s also a plush master retreat displaying a seating area, private balcony, bespoke walk-in closets and dual baths decked out with assorted niceties.

The undeniable star of the show: the resort-inspired backyard, which hosts a full-size tennis court and double-decker entertaining pavilion/guesthouse, along with a 60-foot pool and spa flanked on one side by aa 70-foot cascading waterfall , and a sundeck, fire-pit lounge area and wraparound barbecue bar on the other. There’s also a grand porte-cochère, double-gated motorcourt and an eight-car garage out front.
