Diddy Sold Kim Porter’s Los Angeles House to Macro CEO – DIRT

Nearly four years after her untimely death at age 47, Sean “Diddy” Combs has quietly sold a San Fernando Valley mansion that served as the longtime residence of the late Kim Porter, the mogul’s former girlfriend and the mother of four of his six children. Acquired back in 2009 for $5.3 million, but never occupied by Diddy himself, the Toluca Lake property transferred earlier this year.

The new owner is Macro founder and CEO Charles D. King, a WME talent agent-turned-producer who made Hollywood history as part of the first all-black producing team for the Oscar-nominated film “Judas and the Black Messiah.” He and wife Stacey doled out $6.5 million for the East Coast traditional-style estate, which was originally floated on the open market with a $7 million ask.

Nestled securely behind walls and gates, the home rests on a sought after street where nearly everyone is famous. Neighbors range from Sia and Viola Davis, to Steve Carell and Billy Ray Cyrus. The place is also directly across the street from a house owned by “Once Upon a Time” star Jennifer Morrison and right next door to a mansion occupied by oil heir Nats Getty and his wife, transgender YouTuber Gigi Gorgeous. Also a stone’s throw away are Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song, who recently bought Kiefer Sutherland’s Toluca Lake house.

Built in 2006, the wood-sided structure features six bedrooms and seven baths filtered across nearly 10,000 square feet of two-level living space. Within the front door lies a double-height entry foyer sporting a checkerboard-style marble floor and curving staircase topped by a crystal chandelier. Other main-level highlights include an expansive living room warmed by a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a center island and high-end appliances, plus a screening room.

Upstairs, the master retreat comes complete with a fireplace, private balcony and spa-inspired bath adorned with a soaking tub; and outdoors, the manicured grounds are laced with mature sycamore trees, and host a large pool and spa with a Baja deck, shaded terrace ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining, and sports court. There’s also a spacious motorcourt and three-car garage.

In addition to his recently sold property, Diddy maintains a $39 million mansion in Holmby Hills, along with a two-house compound on Miami’s exclusive Star Island. As for the Kings, the couple sold their former home in Studio City for $3.3 million in 2020.
