Chicago Bulls Star Lonzo Ball Buys a $7.3 Million LA Mansion

Just eight months after Lonzo Ball was traded to the Chicago Bulls, the point guard has purchased a home in the suburban LA neighborhood of Sherman Oaks, according to Dirt. The home is reportedly Ball’s most pricey real estate purchase to date.

Appropriately private for the NBA star, the six bedroom eight bathroom home sits behind a gate and an extra long driveway. Split over two levels, the spare modern home measures in at 6,195 square feet of space complete with the most modern amenities. Much of the space provides ample room to get a glimpse of the home’s gorgeous view of the San Fernando Valley, whether it’s from a balcony off of the upstairs bedrooms, or from the glass sliders that enclose much of the main floor. The home was rebuilt just last year, so Ball can rest assured that every last detail is up to contemporary standards. A particularly luxe feature is the two car garage that’s been converted to an ADU, complete with a kitchenette and bathroom to make for a comfortable stay for guests.

To curb sprinkler use in the drought prone area, the large backyard space is mostly finished with cement blocks and astroturf. A wood paneled deck surrounds the pool and spa, adding additional texture to the yard. There’s plenty of room for lounging outside, whether it’s beside one of the two fire pits, or at the bar that accompanies a grill station.
