Ben Simmons Lists Modern Farmhouse-Style Hidden Hills Home for $23 Million

Blink and you would have missed Ben Simmons’s time in the San Fernando Valley gated community of Hidden Hills. The Brooklyn Nets point guard bought a modern farmhouse-style home in the neighborhood last June for $17.5 million, and now according to the LA Times, he’s listed that same property for $23 million.

If one thing’s for sure, Simmons isn’t releasing the seven bedroom, eight bathroom property for a lack of amenities. Built in 2021, the all black and charcoal-colored home is dripping in contemporary conveniences. The 12,000 square foot space has an impressive home gym, a stylish movie theater, two kitchens, and a recording studio. Even the guest house was built around its own private plunge pool and driveway. Elsewhere in the yard, there’s a 65′ pool, a fire pit, and a cabana.

Back inside the main structure, each finish was chosen to serve the dramatic elegance of the space, including brass detailing, marble flooring, and black tinted glass staircase railings. Tall ceilings throughout the main level add to this impression, while second floor hallways overlook the living areas from upstairs, creating a further sense of openness. In the primary suite, the bathroom and bedroom are separated by glass pocket doors, allowing the space to be completely open. The primary bathroom is moody, with black marble flooring and walls, plus dark wood on the ceilings and chiseled marble block sinks, but the adjoining bedroom is bright and open, with a floor to ceiling window looking onto the backyard.
