Free COVID-19 PCR and Rapid Test (Antigen) Covid-19 Test Site Opened in Lake Balboa
A free rapid test (antigen) Covid-19 test site has been opened in Lake Balboa. The hotel is located in the parking lot of St. Peter Armenian Apostolic Church – 17231 Sherman Way, opposite Louise Park near the corner of Louise & Sherman Way. The test center is licensed by the State of California and offers both RAPID (antigen) and PCR-Covid tests. All tests are free. According to the President of the EZ Testing Center, Syed Hasan, no appointment is required. Several members of the West Valley LAPD Volunteer Patrol have already had rapid COVID tests carried out at this point. At this point, rapid tests (antigen) can be carried out to detect protein fragments specific to the coronavirus. The processing time is less than 10 minutes, which will be emailed to you during the waiting period. You can also order a PCR test, which will be sent to the laboratory and will take around 24 hours.
If you are planning a family celebration or an outing, the RAPID test is ideal for this. You may also want to order the PCR test as well.

Open 7 days a week, the opening times are currently:
Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday Sunday 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
They are closed on January 1st on New Year’s Day and January 6th for Armenian Christmas. Depending on the demand for tests, they can work on extending the opening times for the location.
FOR FREE COVID tests are being made available to schools, religious organizations, businesses, and the community. There are no costs for everyone, regardless of whether they have health insurance or not.
