Women’s volleyball falls to Bakersfield to end the regular season – The

The Santa Monica College Corsairs women’s volleyball team played against Bakersfield College on Wednesday November 10th at Santa Monica College for their final game of the season before playing for the conference and possibly more.

The Corsairs, who won a big win against Antelope Valley, found themselves in the first game in a 5-game series. After winning the next game, the Corsairs couldn’t match the intensity of Bakersfield Colleges and lost the next 2 games, ultimately giving them the loss to end their regular season.

The team had an accumulation of 46 kills, 85 digs, and 61 total points.

With a record of 12-9, the Corsairs will face Santa Barbara on Tuesday, November 16 at 6:00 p.m.
