For the past two weekends, the Section 7 Arizona event saw a huge number of West Coast talent speaking to hundreds of college coaches.
The first weekend was played at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, where the soccer field was rolled out and replaced with 12 full-size basketball floors, creating perhaps the best environment in grassroots and high school basketball history for an event of this magnitude.
Last weekend the event was moved to Brophy Prep in Phoenix for the finals. There weren’t nearly that many teams, but there was still a lot of talent to be seen.
After taking some time to read notes and news from the event, Basketball Sports Director Eric Bossi has a mix of 10 players from the 2022 and 2023 classes who helped each other the most over the two weekends.
