Los Angeles has an impressive variety of local beaches. As we get closer to summer days, PlanetWare compiled a list of the highest-rated beaches in the LA area. According to the website, the best beach in LA is in Santa Monica! They state that Santa Monica has the best overall beach experience in Los Angeles.
