02/22/2022 @ 1500. A man pried the front door open to gain access to the lobby area and then pried open several resident mailboxes and removed mail. #01098

02/24/2022 @ 2245. A man was walking to his vehicle when the suspect approached him from behind while armed with a handgun and demanded his money and bank card. The victim complied. #01154

02/25/2022 @ 0630. Three men used an open garage door to gain access and removed tools from the garage. #01158

02/25/2022 @ 0315. A woman was walking EB on the north sidewalk of Santa Monica Blvd when the suspect approached her and pointed a gun in her face and demanded her property. The victim screamed and ran from the area. #01156

02/27/2022 @ 0020. A security guard was attacked outside the club by three men and a woman. The victim’s cell phone fell to the ground during the fight and was picked up by the suspects. #01200
