The 61-year-old actor made sure he masked himself over dinner at Giogio Baldi in Santa Monica.
The Oscar-winning actor had his left hand in his pocket the whole time, so he doesn’t know if he was still wearing his wedding ring.

He also wore gray pants while holding glasses and wearing a core organization mask that covered his mouth and nose.
Penn completed his dinner look with a pair of tan Head tennis shoes.

The outing comes less than a week after Leila George, 29, filed for divorce in Los Angeles last Friday.
Details of the separation were not given, although the couple had seen each other since 2016.
They tied the knot with an intimate ceremony at their home at the height of the pandemic in July 2020.

Penn confirmed the wedding during a virtual late night interview with Seth Meyers last summer.
