SANTA MONICA – Shake Shack and Milk Bar are teaming up to offer two limited shakes just in time for autumn – a chocolate birthday cake shake and a cornflake chocolate drizzle shake.
The special collaboration will be offered through November 1 at all Shake Shack locations, with the exception of airports, stadiums, and baseball stadiums, the company said.
In Santa Monica, Shake Shack is located at 501 Wilshire Ave.
The two shakes mix the frozen vanilla puddings from Shake Shack with the modern desserts from Milk Bar to create a delicious, sweet treat. It is a variant of the classics with a little extra flair.
The Chocolate birthday cake shake contains Milk Bar B’Day crumbs and Milk Bar B’Day frosting, hand-spun with frozen chocolate cake, garnished with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles.
The Cornflake Chocolate Drizzle Shake is made with Milk Bar Cornflake Crunch, hand-spun with malt-vanilla-frozen vanilla pudding, topped with Milk Bar-chocolate-fudge-drizzle and mini-marshmallows.
Price starts at $ 5.99.
You can also take part in the Shake Shack Collaboration Giveaway, where happy fans give away free shakes for their birthday. Every Friday in September, fans can head to Shake Shack’s Instagram Stories (@shakeshack), where the company uses the B’Day Randomizer to pick random calendar dates. With your birthday selected, you’ll be among the first 50 followers to jump into Shake Shack’s DMs and they’ll send a discount code for a free shake through the Shack app.
Shake Shack started out as a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park in Manhattan and now offers delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more.
Milk Bar creates excellent cookies and fantastic cakes. It was founded by award-winning pastry chef Christina Tossi and opened its first location in NYC’s East Village.
