Santa Monica College stages “Slipper …”

The Santa Monica College Theater Arts Department and Troupe Penny Drolls will perform “Slipper …” December 10-12 at the Theater Arts Main Stage on the SMC Main Campus, Pico Blvd. 1900, Santa Monica.

The play – “a comedy about the faux pas of fashion, the intrigue of what to wear to a ball, in a style that is completely neo-comic” – was written by SMC Theater Arts instructor Terrin Adair and highlights original music SMC. distinguished student Yoni Keynan. Adair also directed the Santa Monica College production.

The live performances are free. Show times are Friday, December 10th and Saturday, December 11th, 7:30 pm, with a matinee show on Sunday, December 12th at 2:00 pm.

To attend a live performance, viewers must show ID and proof of COVID vaccination (or a negative test within 72 hours of the event) at the door. A mask is required at all times.
