SANTA MONICA (CBSLA) – The Santa Monica police have reported a fatal accident that occurred around 8:00 p.m. Saturday night.
The incident occurred on 10th Street and Pico Boulevard when a pedestrian was hit by an unknown vehicle.

The man was pronounced dead by rescue workers on site.
It is currently unclear whether the victim was on a zebra crossing at the time of impact.
