This year’s MLB playoff action was nothing short of drama and high-tension moments.

The Boston Red Sox are the grand slam hit machines of the 2021 MLB playoffs. The reigning World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers is in a 0-2 hole. Houston Astros shortstop Carlos Correa has been called in and Austin Riley is ready to become the Atlanta Braves postseason hero.

And we’re getting two playoff games tonight.

Behind Kyle Schwarber and Eduardo Rodriguez, Boston defeated Houston in Game 3 of the ALCS. Red Sox manager Alex Cora called it “close to a perfect game”. Boston now leads the series 2-1. Zach Greinke will pitch Game 4 for the Astros against Nick Pivetta for the Red Sox.

In the National League, the Dodgers’ season is in the hands of Walker Buehler, who faces Charlie Morton of the Braves on Tuesday.

LA really needs its hitters to get going. The Dodgers beat .233 in the postseason and are 2-for-18 in the clutch hit in the NLCS.

Here are the best games and moments from Tuesday’s games:

Before the Braves took to the field, their Atlanta counterparts – the Falcons – showed the Braves some pre-game love. They posted a picture of Matt Ryan with the Braves mascot to encourage the team to claim victory in a crucial Game 3.
