Melissa Volpert brings over 30 years of experience in hospitality sales and marketing, with a focus on entertainment, fashion, and art. In 1997, she was the very first employee of the Standard brand and, alongside Andre Balazs, played a key role in the creation of the iconic hotel company that revolutionized the industry. In her role as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Standard, Hollywood, she manages all sales and marketing initiatives with an emphasis on building and maintaining guest relationships, strategic planning, cultural programming, partnerships, and market positioning.
