The Malibu Association of REALTORS welcomed the New Year with a bright and early Saturday, January 8th, along with PCH in support of the Adopt-A-Highway program.
2022 President William Bowling and 2022 was endorsed by Legislative Chair Susan Cosentino.
“We collected four large garbage bags,” Bowling said. “Disposable face masks were collected the most. Our PCH area looked so much better when we were done!”
MAR volunteers, including members and leaders, volunteer a few hours two Saturdays a month to sponsor the area between Big Rock and Carbon Canyon. “I love giving back to our beautiful community,” says Cosentino, a longtime resident of Malibu. “Every item we pick up is one less item that ends up in our ocean.”
MAR encourages members and their offices to sign up and participate in keeping our community clean. Cosentino adds: “It’s great to know that little by little we are doing our part.
