Lala Kent was spotted in a Santa Monica, California apartment complex on Thursday, just three days after Page Six revealed that she had broken up with her fiancé Randall Emmett over rumors of fraud.
We were told that the 31-year-old “Vanderpump Rules” star spent about 15 minutes in the building before leaving the building with her mother Lisa Burningham and her 7-month-old daughter Ocean, who she shares with Emmett, 50.
While it’s unclear whether Kent toured the apartment or just visited someone who lives there, we hear that she later drove into a parking garage that only has access to the leasing office.
The reality star was dressed casually in a graphic t-shirt, black sweatpants, a leather blazer and green Nike sneakers.
Their representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
If Kent was actually looking for a new pad, the property she was visiting has ample inventory.
According to Realtor.com, there are studio apartments in the building that cost just $ 650 a month. ApartmentRatings.com shows that a bedroom can range from $ 2,859 to $ 4,403 per month.
A third real estate website states that the “luxury apartment community” is only “steps away from everything you love about Santa Monica: the beach, great restaurants, fashionable boutiques, top nightclubs, plenty of art and diverse culture ”.
The humble apartments, however, would be a far cry from the multi-million dollar home Kent had shared with her Hollywood producer until recently.
In February 2020, the couple renovated their huge Bel Air home with the help of Bravolebrity colleague Jeff Lewis from “Flipping Out”.
“This will definitely be my first home renovation and my last,” Kent said as he relaxed by the pool. Emmett added, “I support this, but we’ll be here a long time.”

On Monday, a Page Six source told Page Six that Kent had given up on Emmett over speculation that he had been unfaithful to her in Nashville.
“Randall always lives a double life,” claimed the insider. “He lives the life of a husband or boyfriend and then he lives the life of a series party and then gets on my nerves.”

Emmett has not publicly commented on the scam rumors.
Kent and Emmett got engaged in September 2018 when they were celebrating their birthday in Mexico.
The film producer was previously married to “You” actress Ambyr Childers – the mother of his older children London and Rylee. They divorced in December 2017.
