job requirements
- Ability to develop schematics, design developments, construction documents and details under the direction of senior staff
- Create concepts and translate them into 3D modeling and renderings to present ideas through visual presentations
- Work with other team members to ensure accuracy and coordination of construction documents, material plans, and FF&E specifications
- Ability to prioritize and time manage projects to meet organizational deadlines with competence
- Knowledge of graphic design applied indoors and ability to use the full Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create and understand work constructions and drawings
- Ability to assist with field surveys
basic qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in architecture from a US institution
- At least 1 year of interior design and architecture experience, preferably in the restaurant, retail and hospitality sectors
- Read and understand construction
- Knowledge of using CAD/Vectorworks to develop construction and interior design drawings
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design to create graphics and client presentations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tackle multiple projects, tasks and deadlines
- Candidate must be a US citizen or permanent resident to work in the United States
Preferred technical skills
- Knowledge of Vectorworks 2D and 3D
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Compensation: Salary DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, eye care, paid parking, holidays, vacation and 401,000. This is a full time position.
