Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner say goodbye to their Los Angeles mansion.

The Jonas Brothers singer, 32, and Game of Thrones actress, 25, who have been together since 2016 and tied the knot in 2019, officially sold their Encino home for $ 15.2 million, PEOPLE may confirm. The property was first put up for sale in June for $ 16.75 million, along with Compass’ Carl Gambino.

The power couple bought the nearly one-acre property for $ 14.1 million in 2019, shortly after construction, real estate records show. Excluding other costs, the couple made a profit of $ 1.1 million on the sale.

The sale was the most expensive in the San Fernando Valley in 2021 and the second most expensive ever in the region, according to the Los Angeles Times. Joe’s younger brother Nick Jonas and his wife, actress Priyanka Chopra, hold the record for the most expensive ever, buying a $ 20 million home in the area two years ago, the outlet reports.

Joe and Turner, who gave birth to their first child, daughter Willa, in July 2020, didn’t spend too long in the house but certainly worked on making it their own during their two years there.

The palatial pad, decorated by interior designer Jae Omar, is modern yet warm, with old woods, various stones and lots of green. The open floor plan also promotes seamless indoor and outdoor living.

Nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms are spread over the two floors of the house, there is also a fitness room and spa, a state-of-the-art theater, two kitchens and a wine cellar.

Outside, the lawned back yard has a putting green, pool and spa, several patios, and an outdoor projector for watching movies.

There is also a two bedroom guest house that the couple used for entertainment. It has an aquarium, a DJ station (with a fog machine and disco lights!), A cigar humidor and a kegerator, perfect for parties.

Joe and Turner married during an intimate ceremony in Las Vegas in 2019. They said “yes” again later that year, at a lavish event in the south of France, surrounded by friends and family.

Joe and his brothers are currently on their Jonas Brothers’ Remember This tour, which kicked off in Las Vegas in late August. This is the band’s eleventh headlining tour and is expected to run through October 27th with a final show at the Hollywood Bowl.
