Go-kart drivers among two quoted after an apparent YouTube stunt on the California freeway
SAN FERNANDO VALLEY, Calif. (NBC) – California Highway Patrol officers are used to seeing strange things on the freeways, but this was perhaps one of the dumbest.
A go-kart driving down a southern California city street before turning sharply onto the freeway entrance.
