The Los Angeles Business Journal named Century City partner Ari Lanin as its 2021 Leaders of Influence: Private Equity Investors & Advisors, a list of “influential leaders who have a significant impact on the private equity space.” The list was published on June 28, 2021.

Ari Lanin is Co-Chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice Group. He advises corporations and private equity firms in a variety of industries, focusing on public and private merger transactions, stock and asset sales, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and public and private (including Rule144A) fundraising transactions.
