Over the years, Emily Ratajkowski’s nearly 30 million Instagram followers have frequently glimpsed peeks of the veteran model-actress’s cheery Los Angeles home on her feed. Now the 30-year-old is taking things to an even more intimate level, actually inviting the public inside her renovated Echo Park digs — provided they’ve got $2.2 million to spend, that is.
Newly available on the open market, the Ratajkowski home’s asking price is only a modest bump above the $2 million she paid four years ago, meaning the nearly 2,000-square-foot structure is likely to sell fast. Listings advertise the artsy spread as a “private midcentury compound … in the highly desirable Elysian Heights section of Echo Park.” The place is certainly private, entirely gated and lying on a dead-end street, though it remains only a convenient short walk to Dodger Stadium.
Originally developed in 1946, the property includes a two-bedroom, two-bath main house and a separate “cottage studio” with a third bathroom and a large room that could be an office, gym, recording studio or another bedroom. (That space is currently staged as a bedroom, per listing photos.)
Highlights of the spread include a two-story brick fireplace in the main living area, plus a gorgeous loft-like primary suite with tall windows drinking in the lush landscaping. The secondary bedroom is equally spacious, and various doors open to a partially-covered balcony connecting the main house and the studio.

Born in London but reared in the San Diego area, Ratajkowski shot to fame following her starring role in Robin Thicke’s controversial 2013 music video for “Blurred Lines.” She went on to appear in the 2014 blockbuster “Gone Girl,” and has walked the runways for a wide array of fashion brands — Versace, Miu Miu and Bottega Veneta, just to name a few. She’s also a published author, having released essay collection “My Body” last year.
