City of Santa Monica: Virtual Insect Discovery Lab for Kids and Families

The Santa Monica Public Library is excited to be on Friday the 13th. Join the staff at SaveNature.org to discover the amazing life of beetles, millipedes, tarantulas, walking sticks, whip scorpions and more. From 5 years. Take part in the Santa Monica Public Library’s free summer reading program, Reading Colors Your World, for all ages, which runs through August 15. Together we read 194,445 minutes. Register in person at the Main Library, Pico Branch Curbside and Montana Avenue Branch Curbside, or online at smpl.beanstack.org. Track your reading to reach the goal of 10 hours / 600 minutes of reading time and 600 minutes of reading, adults will take part in a raffle after 600 minutes.
