Academy Award-winning actor Charlize Theron has already found a buyer for the 1925-built Spanish-style bungalow that she listed for $1.995 million last month, according to Mansion Global. The School for Good and Evil star bought the single-story Los Angeles home way back in 2000 for about $519,000 and reportedly accepted an offer for it last week. However, the final sale price remains a mystery until the deal officially closes.
Spanning 1,539 square feet, the white stucco house sports red clay roof tiles and has two bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms. Listing photos show that the charming structure is privately surrounded by tall hedges. The gated driveway leads to a two-car garage with a bonus room that has the potential to host a home office, gym, or art studio with double doors accessing the backyard. Just outside, a long and narrow swimming pool with built-in bench seating meets a patio area paved with stone tiles.
In the front yard, a manicured lawn ends with a row of three palm trees near the home’s main entrance, which also boasts a cozy terracotta-paved patio.
