Bronny James has to throw shoes off her feet after losing the free throw competition to TikToker

Bronny James, the son of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, may be a high school basketball phenomenon, but he’s certainly not perfect.

After losing a free throw shooting competition, he had to give the shoes he was wearing to his competitor.

The younger James plays for Sierra Canyon School, a private institution in the San Fernando Valley of Southern California. He is currently in his junior season and is keen to upgrade his recruiting profile so that he can end up playing college ball on a high performing program.

Recently he showed some of his athleticism by throwing his first dunk of the season and electrifying the crowd.

Elderly James, who is 36 years old, has said he’d love to play in the NBA with his son.

It’s been a tough NBA season for the four-time MVP. He has missed a large portion of the Lakers’ games, first with an ankle injury, then with an ailment.

He returned on Friday and played reasonably well, but his team was blown out by the Boston Celtics 130-108.

LA is now 8-9 in the season and has run out of time to change things. Still, the elder James said that “there is no panic” and that his team needs “a sense of urgency” to realize their enormous potential.

The Lakers will play the Detroit Pistons on Sunday and then face the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden.
