SMPD is investigating October 3rd incident

Santa Monica Police are looking for the driver of a party bus who was involved in a traffic collision over the weekend that left several people injured.
According to the Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD) Lieutenant Rudy Flores, officers received a radio call around 3:08 a.m. on October 3 about a traffic collision with a party bus on the 1000 block of PCH, north of the Santa Monica Pier.
Another vehicle was involved in the accident, the passenger of which was taken to a local hospital.
In addition, according to the SMPD, around 10 passengers on the bus were slightly injured.
“The bus driver fled the scene before the officers arrived, Flores wrote in an email statement. “The passengers on the bus gave very little information about the driver.”
