Macy’s Perfume Thief stabs security guard in the face – NBC Los Angeles

Police are looking for a man who stole women’s perfume and stabbed a security guard in the face at a Macy’s store in Northridge.

The man, armed with a knife, cut the security guard’s face and narrowly missed his eyes, police said.

The theft and brutal attack were reported Friday at 9 p.m. in the department store on the 9000 block of Shirley Avenue. The attacker was described as 22 to 25 years old, six feet tall, and weighed about 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with a “Boss” label on the front.

He was caught by the store’s surveillance cameras.
