The Barbie Truck Tour 2021 kicks off this Saturday in Santa Monica.
The brand new Barbie truck has a 70s redesign on the beach to celebrate the 50th anniversary and “iconic legacy of the original California girl Malibu Barbie”.
From 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM at Santa Monica Place, fans can expect to see new ’70s-style Malibu Barbie beachwear and accessories, photo ops, freebies, and a popsicle.
The first 15 fans to purchase $ 250 + of # BarbieTruckTour merch will receive a Malibu Barbie Signature Gift Set.
The goods that can be purchased by credit card range from $ 12 to $ 75.
According to a press release, security measures are being put in place to “create a comfortable experience for all guests”.
After Barbie’s stop in Santa Monica, the tour will roll through San Diego on August 14th, Irvine on August 21st and Long Beach on August 28th. The full list of tour dates can be found here.
